These terms govern your subscription to FairBrief's paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms described below.
FairBrief offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Pricing may vary by region.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved.
New users may be eligible for a free trial of paid features. The trial period is 3 days and includes 5 AI recap credits. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Only one free trial is permitted per user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us through the form on our website. Upon cancellation:
Subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
If you experience a billing error or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us through the form on our website within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages caused by us), we may offer a prorated credit at our sole discretion.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or through the service. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing period after the notice. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your invoice.
