FairBrief is a conference intelligence platform that helps design teams capture, organize, and generate AI-powered recaps from trade fair and event photos. We provide tools for photo uploads, tagging, and AI-generated event summaries.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of any content (photos, notes, tags) you upload to FairBrief. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

FairBrief is not responsible for verifying the copyright status of user-uploaded content. If you believe content on FairBrief infringes your copyright, please contact us with the relevant details and we will review and respond appropriately.
FairBrief is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by its users. Each user is solely responsible for ensuring their uploads comply with applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairBrief and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FairBrief and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the service. Your continued use of FairBrief after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
